it took moths to fulfill my order

The order/transaction didn’t process for more than two weeks, order will have arrived almost a month after being made. Would’ve ordered stuff elsewhere had I known it would take so long.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience with Q Source. We looked into your comment and see that your order was placed on our Web site on Saturday the 5th. One of the items you ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Your order shipped on Monday the 14th. That would be a total of 6 business days. If you were promised a quicker delivery time, please let us know and we'll investigate further. While we appreciate all customer feedback, we are curious why you believe your experience is worthy of a one-star rating. If you would like to comment further we'd be happy to work with you to see if you would re-consider this rating. I still have not received my product after months.

We’ve looked into this for you and see that the delay is due to an issue at the manufacturer’s factory in Asia. We have been following up with the manufacturer since you placed your order and have sent you emails to keep you informed.
