Ofrecen soluciones

Account Query
I contacted the online live chat with a query on an account, which was originally set up by another member of our team, who sadly passed away. Donna and team have been fantastic. They have had to do a lot of detective work to unpick and resolve the problem. They have been caring, professional and diligent throughout. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and we're very sorry for the loss of your colleague. Situations like this deserve care as much as they deserve a solution, and we're glad Donna and the team could handle it that way. Please don't hesitate to reach out if anything else comes up.
