Paula - Customer Service SuperStar
Paula! Paula is a customer support superstar. She made extra sure that I was taken care of and got all of my questions answered. I was facing some technical difficulties and she literally went above and beyond to ensure that my account was not negatively affected. She "WOW"ed me and I hope you all are treating her like she deserves! THANK YOU!

Impeccable service
I used it for two years. Easy to use platform, fantastic outcome, I highly recommend it! I had to stop using it since my business is local and it didn't really make a huge difference, but it definitely is a huge asset for a company that wants to be more accessible to a wider audience. Additionally, their service is impeccable. My subscription was renewed without my knowledge, and since I wouldn't be using the codes anymore, they refunded me right away.

Thank you for such a generous review, especially given that you're no longer using the platform. Two years is a good run, and we're glad the renewal was sorted out quickly when it came up. The door is always open if your needs change down the line. The QRCodeKIT Team

Annoying! I unsubscribed after the first month.
The QR code worked well for our clients. However, it has been difficult to suspend the subscription as, when I tried, all I kept receiving was an error message. Beside this the unsubscribe button is nearly invisible. Luckily the customer service was very helpful and resolved the issue effectively.
