They don’t fulfill orders it seems

Qrates appears to be a fraudulent company with no actual customer service representatives and hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue collected without delivering promised goods for over a year

I pre-ordered a vinyl back in January with an expected shipping date of May 22nd, its now almost a year later and I still haven't gotten my vinyl. They have been pressed and are ready to ship out but for some reason this company wont send them out. They wont even give an update to what is going on.

They claim to have problems with their shipping partners, like UPS and Fed-x don't exist. Paid $40 for an album that I will never see. Run from these people

Horrible with logistics and timelines. They’ll take longer to ship your order than to press it. Run!

There's terrible reviews for a reason, this website is literally a scam. They do pre-orders then never ship them, and because they are preorders they know they can avoid charge backs. I was supposed to receive my order 4 months ago, I have emailed them dozens of times and gotten the same copy/paste email every single time.

Ordered a vinyl over one year ago. Absolutely no information given from the company on when it will ship. Cannot cancel order and NO customer support. This is the only time Im ordering from them. I would almost call this a scam.

Awful customer service, super restrictive terms of purchase. Ordered a vinyl that was endlessly delayed. No reason was ever given. Happy to take your money and just "hey bro, we promise we'll deliver, eventually." Avoid.
