Serious concerns about service delivery and document handling
I paid over $3,000 for accounting services, but the work I expected was not completed as agreed. Communication and progress were limited after payment, and I did not receive clear deliverables despite follow-ups. I also provided personal documents, including my passport, which was reportedly lost while in their care. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very cautious, ensure everything is clearly documented in writing, and carefully consider sharing sensitive personal information or making large upfront payments.

We respectfully disagree with several statements in this review. Out of respect for client confidentiality, we will not disclose the full details of the engagement publicly. However, the statements regarding payments and the handling of personal documents do not align with our records. QMK Consulting did not receive, possess, or arrange the return delivery of the passport referenced in this review. Any issue concerning its return occurred through third parties outside our firm’s custody and control. Our records also document the signed engagement terms, services performed, communications, deliverables provided, payments received, and outstanding account matters. Professional services were provided throughout the engagement, including accommodations beyond the original scope in an effort to assist the client. Services were subsequently placed on hold after account matters remained unresolved for an extended period. We encourage prospective clients to consider the full range of feedback about our firm and our established record of serving clients professionally. We remain committed to handling concerns professionally and are available to discuss the matter privately through the appropriate channels.
