QFIX HVAC & APPLIANCE REPAIRReviews of qfixappliance.com

We feel very lucky to have had Vicktor take care of our refrigerator problem. We had water spraying into our kitchen under high pressure on a Saturday morning. His response to our call was rapid and his service was professional and efficient. We would be very happy to call him again for any future appliance issues.

When my Bosch refrigerator started leaking, I was worried about finding a good repair service. These guys exceeded my expectations! The repair was efficient, and the technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. My fridge is running perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Great service and the job was finished as he quoited. I would use OFIX for any other problems i may have.

Great service

Victor is the best! He responds promptly and shows up as scheduled. He worked tirelessly to fix our elusive problem. I would recommend him every time!

After some research in August, my husband and I selected Q-Fix Appliance Service due to the reviews. Per Victor at the initial visit re: the refrigerator, the cost to replace two parts in the freezer would be $950. He recommended to consider buying a new refrigerator since this process is costly with a possibly of something else breaking down. Which we decided to do due to the age (2006). We were impressed with his honesty rather than suggesting to proceed with the service. He also looked at our clothes dryer which was running very hot and the ‘start’ button did not work and we had an electrical issue with our range hood. Victor returned in Sept. after ordering replacement parts. The dryer still did not work well and start button was not repairable. Again, he could have charged for his time and the parts but did not. It took a while to get a new control board for the hood which was installed end of Sept.. He only charged for this part and labor and deducted the initial service charge since he was returning to our home to do the work. Victor’s estimates included a complete breakdown of the problem, recommended repair, cost and any other explanations. He is thorough, professional, cares, works hard and IS his word…..honest…which is hard to find these days. We highly recommend Q-Fix and Victor and definitely referring Q-Fix to our family, friends, clients, etc.. Thank you, Victor, for your authentic service. G&C Higuchi

Good service but a little more expensive than I thought it would be

I want to express my gratitude to QFIX Appliance Repair for their excellent service. When I noticed water leaking from my refrigerator dispenser, I was worried that I would need to purchase a new fridge. However, the technician from QFIX was able to quickly identify the issue as a clogged water line and fixed it in no time. I was impressed with their professionalism and expertise, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of appliance repairs.
