Excellent loan company

I had to call to verify my information. I was on hold for over an hour which was completely unacceptable. You should call the customer instead.

I applied several days ago for a loan and was approved. Upon approval, I was told I would have the money deposited into my bank account the next day, which never happened. At the end of the next day, I called and had to wait an hour to speak to someone. That person told me that everything was fine and my info was filled out correctly, and that the money would be received by me "the next day". Again, never received money yet and am still waiting. They have all my banking info, etc, and have left me hanging 2 weeks before Christmas! Not even an e=mail to tell me what is happening!

The process to get the loan was easy. But I think the interest rate is outrageous. It seems like you take advantage of someone that is in a rough situation and desperately needs the money, and they have no choice.
