Q-Credit is about buying a little credit for an enormous amount of money. I needed the money for the very nexr day. Fortunately, they wanted a tax return or the last two bank statements to finalize the deal. That gave me time to think. Thank goodness I didn't do it! I wouldn't have gotten the money I needed when I needed it, and I would have gone deeper into debt foolishly.

I received ur flyer in the mail and I needed some money so I applied when I completed the application it told me I was going to get an email with a code to verify my email address I never received it I wrote a message to customer support explaining that I hadn't received anything if they could please resend it I sent it about 2-3 times so I waited I didn't get anything so some days went by and I received a email that I didn't complete my application and had to redo my application so I decided to call this was a Saturday I spoke with someone and he said he could give it to me I put the code in and my application was complete and I would receive a email if I was approved I waited and didn't receive it so decided to call back the person I spoke with explained that everything the place I receive my money from every month had to be verified and that would be on Monday I waited all day Monday and no email again I called and was told that it would probably be a day or two because your company was new and sent out a lot of those letters out I waited for the second day and was told that they had sent me an email that they needed information about my bank information but I did not receive the email until I was talking with the person so I sent my information and once it was verified I would get an email on Tuesday I had to call again and was told that they needed to speak to me because they needed to verify something's with the bank I don't understand why they didn't call me I finally spoke with someone and he dailed my bank and I explained that I was getting a loan and they needed to verify something's with them and they were on the line everything was solved so again I asked the gentleman was I approved and he stated I would get another email letting me know I did receive it and after that I was approved and had to resign my application after that I received the funds the next day I understand that you are a new loan company but I just felt that the customer service people needed to explain the procedure a little better instead of me having to continue calling I do want to thank you for helping me
