Poor quality jewellery
Poor quality jewellery. Looks cheap and made with tacky material. However, as they claim to donate to charity linked with Gaza, I will not request a refund. Just making people aware of the quality not being great.

Great company, true to their word
Would really recommend. I was a little nervous ordering after reading some of the reviews about it being potentially a scam. But they were very communicative and my order was posted within the time frame and is great, especially love their ethos and help for Palestine.

This company is a scam, using Palestine tragedy to steal your money
Delivery of goods has not arrived; the response is AI generated, customer service is terrible; no care whatsoever that the item is not going to arrive in time for birthday. They have no phone number on website to speak to someone directly. Their website is misleading as it does not say on the front page that delivery can take over 2 months and there is no way to track it. Overall the service is terrible and I would not buy from them again.

We’re a small team handling a very high volume of orders, but we are always here and responding manually to each message, even if some templates are used to ensure accuracy. Regarding delivery times, our shipping timeframe is stated on the checkout page before ordering, but I understand that it can still feel unclear, especially with current delays affecting international post. 10/10 great company to support!!
Qamar has been great to work with! The jewelry that I ordered is great quality and my husband and I wear ours every day! I got 3 bracelets and a necklace, and they even sent a little free ring with the order. They are very responsive to customer service inquiries as well! The shipping took a little while BUT it is because they have had so many orders come in. Which is a great thing since that just means more money going to people in need. 10/10!!!

How to help Palestinian people
A couple of weeks ago I saw the advertisement from Qamar Jewelry with a lot of beautiful items. Items with a special goal when you bought one: a meal for people in Gaza. What a great initiatief. Thats why I bought a bracelet because Palestine needs to be free. The company informed me very Well also about a delay. Really great! Today u received the bracelet. The Palestine Jewels are Beautiful ! ✨🍉 Customer Care is friendly and present. I had to wait a little bit to receive all the pieces but I’ve also received some extra Gift which I really appreciate! Long delivery, Great service
Delivery takes a lot of time, but the staff are very helpful and respond promptly to any inquiries. There was a mix up and one of the items I ordered didn't come with the other, so I emailed them and after a quick verification, they sent me the other item as soon as they could. Would recommend buying again
