ETA: The response below is a non response. The last email from Qamar was short, curt & refusing to take any responsibility. This response is simply to look like they "did" something. They have not. I was leery because there's always scammers trying to benefit off of the tragedies of others- which is one of the most disgusting things a human can do; karma has a special delivery for tho a e opportunists- but this company *seemed* ok... but there were some odd discrepancies on the site that made me question if it was legit. So I placed an order- I've been a loyal customer to Nominal & WATAN - two PHENOMENAL companies with BEAUTIFUL products & they donate directly!- but was moved by this company blitzing my timeline with their donations of meals straight to Gaza- even tho I know Izrahell isn't letting supplies & aid through, mostly. ANYWAYS, the order was significantly large bc they offered BOGO, but they sent the items broken up, not together, which was weird but not totally unusual. Then I noticed the one ring I was most looking fwd to never came, but 2 necklaces of the map with a watermelon were sent, but one was completely broken. Ummm, WHAT?! So I contacted them very politely & kindly, offering to mail back the broken necklace after I fixed it myself- which wasn't easy & it's still wonky- if they'd just send me a shipping label. They replied very nicely asking for photos, which I totally understood! Sent photos of all of the pieces I received, & they said they noticed the order said 2 necklaces so they couldn't help me. MIND YOU- THEY SENT A BROKEN NECKLACE. However, I didn't order 2 identical necklaces, I only wanted ONE like that (I had ordered a differentone, as well) & a ring. I replied & said I noticed that too but I was sure someone had changed it because I had no interest in 2 similar necklaces, but even so, the one was broken! And if it's a BOGO deal, why cant I exchange the broken necklace for the ring I know I ordered? 😫 Ugh. So now I see other people are saying its not even a Palestinian company and I want to vomit. AI is the Devil & I'm disgusted I contributed to it in this dishonest way. Very sad about this.
