Awful. Ordered the olive leaf ring which is supposed to wrap all the way around your finger. Not only were the leaves tiny, the ends did not overlap at all, even on my pinky. Wish I could post the pics. I feel that any positive reviews of this ring are fake. When I initiated a return they told me for an extra £8.99, they’d send me another item of the same value. I thought about it and decided the ring was such terrible quality that I wanted a refund. They gave me the return info. You pay for shipping (expected) and you have to send it back to CHINA. I’m in the US and it’s around $20 in postage. So disappointed.

Ordered necklace . After a month of waiting. It never came. Shipping shows delivered to Italy. My address is in US.

Very disappointed with the over promising and under delivering. They took my money and gave false delivery time and the keep delaying order saying items are out off stock. When ask for refund on the item which is out off stock and just delivered the item that is in stock, still now shipping information and they persist on making me wait for out of stock items and going back on there word. It’s been over two weeks and still being string a long be ware of this company.
