Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience — beware before ordering I placed an order with this company a few weeks ago and clearly provided my UAE address. They even emailed me to confirm my delivery address, and I confirmed it with them. After repeatedly emailing them and waiting for an update on my order, I finally checked the tracking today — only to discover that my order was marked as delivered to Arlington, MA, USA. I live in the UAE. Seriously, how does that even happen after they specifically confirmed my address? The entire experience has been extremely frustrating. The order took ages, communication was poor, and despite my repeated attempts to find out where my order was, I was left chasing them for answers. At this point, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of their service and their handling of customer orders. They also promote food donations to Palestine, but based on my experience, I personally have doubts about whether those claims are being fulfilled as advertised. I cannot verify this, but it is certainly something I would want customers to look into before supporting them. My advice: be extremely careful before placing a paid order with them. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not recommend sending them money unless you are completely confident in their service and delivery process. i want my refunddd
