You guys never replied to an email I sent, and the ring has already tarnished.

One of the orders was disappointing. Arrived late and had no plastic wrap on it. Was in a box which should have been used for a set. And the appearance was dull. The other bracelet set was packaged very well and looked new.

Got the crescent necklace - ordered 3 for self and daughters. The arrived with chains in knots. Customer service was excellent and promptly sent replacements that were nicely packaged to prevent knots in chains. Ordered 3 more for nieces and again they arrived in knots. I think the packaging crew needs some instruction. Otherwise, lovely jewelry.

Beautiful jewelry fast delivery and beautiful cause and communiation

While the jewellery looks beautiful there is NO WAY and i mean No Way you can put these bracelets on your wrist if you don't have anyone to help put them on as the claps are tiny and fiddly. This from a very able-bodied young person so if you live by yourself this is useless 5 pieces of bracelet you will buy. I just hope Palestinians did benefit from this as this is the only reason I got sucked in to a Chinese product.

The quality on the pieces is very poor. I ordered 4 bracelets and it's not even been a week of me wearing them and the clasp on one of them has already turned white proving that it definitely is not 18k gold plated! Also, the colour of gold on the bracelets are different from each other. The items definitely do not look as nice as advertised. Very disappointed! Please also read the return policy fine print. An unboxing video is mandatory and international return shipping costs are to be borne by you.
