I have rated low due to the very poor communication, inwhich I had to email the Company to enquire over the delay.I ordered the product the beginning of December and recieved it on the 10th January.I personally would not use this Company again.

Not easy
Still trying to get it to focus after trying several times. I have a small basic pair of binoculars that work better.

Wish I bought this sooner!
This thing is POWERFUL. Excellent design, easy to use, get crazy high level of detail looking into mountains and trees, bird watching, etc.. Young kids can use it easily as well. Fantastic!

So it was so cheaply made the tripod…
So it was so cheaply made the tripod connection just fell out. Also it didn’t seem to work with iPhone that has 3 lenses

Hello Susan and thank you for the review. First, it always helps to reach out to our support team via email, live chat, or phone if you have questions. Your iPhone for example is switching between the lenses based on your phone settings and depending on that you have to align the smartphone adapter, which is very clearly described in the included manual. We are not specialized in making tripods, we simply have added a small flexible unit to your order "free of charge by the way" for customers like you to use, but it does not replace a professional sturdy unit in any way. The Python HD monocular you purchased has a BAK4 prism, fully multi-coated lenses from Japan, is waterproof, and delivers 12x up to 36x optical magnification. That is the world's first for 60 bucks, nobody else can compete with that glass quality at that price point. Now, it's not a Leica, which is hopefully understood. Let me know if you have any other questions and have a great Christmas Susan! Don't forget, we also offer a lifetime warranty.

Timing and product first class only one little glitch
Everything was absolutely wonderful, sent in a timely manner, and made of good quality. My only complaint and it is a small one…. I ordered three for gifts and there was only one instruction booklet. I did go on my computer and make two more, but felt instruction booklet, should’ve come with each one.

It will not focus
It will not focus. Either by my eye nor by my phone. Not real happy with it.

Hello Tom, we quality test every scope that goes out. It's a refracting scope, so you have to refract the monocular and then rotate clockwise until you find focus. We suggest starting with 12x magnification first.
