Crap service FROM MORDENHALL MEDICAL CENTRE My medication is never ready on time. No text messages no communication make me wait while looking in there draws for medicine only to repack them again as can’t find them….. previously run by boots 10 out of 10 alway ready in two working days and I got txt message these new guys have taken over recently and I’ve had nothing but crap service so I will be moving to another pharmacy thanks guys. I called today to cancel my prescription medication as I won’t be going there anymore the woman who dealt with me over the phone sounded very rude cos I’m cancelling my prescription from them. That shows there lack of basic training. Trust me guy if your a patient at this surgery I suggest you get your medication collected from boots or any other local pharmacy. This pyramid pharmacy has been extremely stressful.

I visited last Friday Pyramid Pharmacy in Acton to collect my usual monthly Mounjaro 10mg injection, which I have been purchasing from them regularly over a year . I was initially told the usual pharmacist was on holiday and the replacement pharmacist did not deal with Mounjaro, so they would need to contact another branch to check. After waiting around two hours I was eventually told that they could supply the medication but the price had increased to £475. I was extremely shocked, particularly as I had paid £300 for exactly the same Mounjaro 10 mg the previous month. They said no it was a mistake and you were undercharged. So I checked other major pharmacies and found that they were charging considerably less. As a result I decided not to purchase from them and walked out. I have since moved to ASDA Pharmacy where I am paying only £278.97 for the same Mounjaro 10mg. This experience has left me wondering that I have been paying significantly more than I needed to for my medication over a year that I've been using Pyramid Pharmacy. This is how they treat their regular customer. Also I used to get my repeat prescriptions from Pyramid which I now cancelled.

⛔️Waste of time pharmacy mordenhall medical centre ⛔️ Alway a delay in picking up my medicine. It’s never ready , never in stock ive been get my same medication from them over 15yrs but since new ownership few months ago the service has been extremely slow. They need better staff.

They deserve 0star! After I have been feeling so unwell and these people shown nothing but careless behaviour! On top i went fora refund of the medication which made me feel sick for nearly 2months physically and mentally they refused even the refund!

Yesterday a pharmacist, I hadn't met before, was brusque and wrong. I checked what he said with my GP surgery

Pyramid pharmacy Blackheath were short of medication for my latest prescription - they asked me to come back later for the rest of it. When I returned some days later they had not obtained it (standard, widely prescribed medication). When I returned again they still did not have it and asked me to ring 111. The advice from 111 was that they should provide it. Only then did they ring a nearby pharmacy, who did have it (and said they always have it). Pyramid pharmacy asked me to go to collect it from the second pharmacy, which I did. The second pharmacy had not had the necessary authorisation from Pyramid pharmacy but did eventually arrange to give it to me. This was medication which had been prescribed weeks ago but Pyramid pharmacy just said they didn't have it. This is cutting a very long story short! If you value your health, time or sanity do not use Pyramid pharmacy.

rude counter staff at Lavender Hill new branch, assistant needs to realise that not everyone can see the medication on shelves behind the counter , try and show some empathy and not making the customer feel uncomfortable, I won’t be giving my business to this brand again
