PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT THEY ARE LITERALLY LIERS ORDERED THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED AFTER EMAILING SO MANY TIMES SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WONT DELIVER!!!

After I placed my order and received an order confirmation, I didn’t get anymore news on my purchase. I reached out to customer service two time and was told they would check up on my order, making it a priority, but nothing happened. After that I turned to trustpilot and was shocked by all the bad reviews. Following someone’s suggestion I turned directly to PayPal and demanded a refund, attaching my emails. I sent the company also an email and demanded the refund. I got another email from customer service “Kim” that they are so sorry and that they’re making it a priority. Same day I received my refund through PayPal. Don’t know but delaying seems a strategy from this company. Glad I received my money back though.

THIS COMPANY IS SO TRASH! I ORDERED SOMETHING IN APRIL 2020. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE ORDER. NOW I'M GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS DUMBASS NAMED KIM ABOUT REFUNDING MY MONEY BECAUSE AT THIS POINT, I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FROM THEM. SHE KEEPS IGNORING MY REQUEST AND ASKING ME TO BE PATIENT, ALMOST A YEAR IS PATIENT ENOUGH AND I'M TIRED OF WAITING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible!!!! I placed my order in April and I still haven’t received my items. I’ve emailed them multiple times and have gotten different lies. Kim the Customer Service Specialist said it’s a COVID related shipping delay. After all my emails to them about my items they stopped emailing me about the sales

This is a big scam! Firstly they won’t send you your items unless you threat with reporting them to fex Paypal (thank god for Pay Pal) - and secondly the items are of veeery poor quality - not at all any kind of ‘gold vermeil’ or similar! Lastly be aware that they don’t have any own production - they send it from China - so you are much cheaper and better off buying through Wish - where you dooo get a refund if you don’t get the item - or it is of really poor quality - as the case with Pyramid Jewels!!!! So stay away!

HUGE SCAM!!!! I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Do not order from this site. I just had to escalate a claim through paypal to try and get refund. I wish I had come across these reviews prior to purchasing. I am reporting them everywhere I can soon because it is not right that companies like this are able to still be in business after so many people have stated that their money is being stolen.

Terrible is about the only word I can use to describe this company! Purchased a necklace that was advertised on their instagram-$21 but they never shipped the item. I have been emailing them since May (when I ordered the necklace) and they just keep stalling! Finally just filed a claim through Paypal and they refunded my money.
