PyramidjewelsReviews of pyramidjewels.com

they never sent my item. stole £40. dont buy from here it’s a scam. currently in the process of getting legal advice

I made the mistake of ignoring the reviews and ordered a few items, some of which still have not arrived. The ones I did receive are cheap and v poor quality;one ring broke in half after a few hours of wearing and the colour has faded on the rest of the items. Customer service is non existent, too busy deleting negative comments on their Instagram page. I can't stress this enough- AVOID.

Ordered my package and it never came. They have no phone number, and the only reach is via email and guess what? THEY DONT RESPOND! I go to their Facebook and Instagram and they delete your comments. However, their entire Facebook is nothing but complaints from REAL people about the EXACT same issue I’m facing which is never receiving your item and them not responding to your emails! It’s a complete SCAM. I wish I’d done my research FIRST! Do not buy ANY thing from PyramidJewels! @PyramidJewels on fb and IG
