This was a surreal experience for me - something I thought I'd never find myself doing. John was so great to work with - he made me feel so comfortable, got me the info I needed quickly and checked in after to see how the situation was resolved. Hoping I never need him again (don't take it personally John!!), but if I do I know where I'm going!

We tried for months to find the information we were looking for on the Internet. Internet "detective" agencies were costly and returned inaccurate information...with no one to talk to or customer service. It took NAI one day to provide accurate information. They were professional and fast...and true to their word.

I'd tried various online data sources to track down someone who had agreed that he owed me a mid-five-figure sum, and then disappeared. NAI found his new location in one day- a gated situation, so serving papers on him may be difficult. NAI has been a helpful advisor in discussing next steps.
