North American InvestigationsReviews of pvteyes.com

I was caught in an unfair situation after many years of trust in a marriage being broken. I spoke with Darrin Giglio several times and used his many years of knowledge and expertise for surveillance. Darrin Is a true professional and is available throughout the investigation. I leaned on Darrin and his team several times, in sporadic and contiguous surveillance. Locally and afar, in my case nothing was found but each time information was sent over in real time. My issue has been put to rest for now, but I will lean on Darrin again in the future. Thanks for handling a sensitive matter professionally with discretion. I thoroughly recommend Darrin and NAI.

I retained North American Investigations after hours of due diligence and research. I had a unique situation that called for an experienced, flexible and more importantly reliable/creditable firm. I spoke with friends and family and believe it or not nobody had a knew anybody knew anyone that was reliable. So long story short, i went with online reviews and that why im taking the time to pay it forward and even write a review. North American Investigations was one of the three companies i called and right out of the gate the choice was clear. I initial spoke with Darrin and from the beginning he not only had all the right answers, he asked the right questions where i knew we was highly experienced and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. We went over the time sensitive situation and quoted me and we were off to the races...! Very few times in this world do people "do what they say/say what they do" and even fewer times do people "under promise and over delivered". This was the situation where Darrin accomplished both. I couldn't be happier with the high level of communication and the ability of this firm to be malleable and adapt to quick changing unpredictable situations. The turn around time for the project was uncanny and i highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of investigative services. 5 Stars all around couldnt be happier ! Will use again

I needed an investigation to confirm my suspicions about my girlfriend's loyalty to our relationship. I shopped around, but what I wanted most was competence and the assurance I would get the results I needed to lay my suspicions to rest. I found Darrin at NAI, called on a Sunday afternoon, and he personally answered. From the very first phone call, hearing him speak assured me I was dealing with a legitimate, results driven agency. Suffice it say, he and his team were able to deliver the results I sought. While not a happy ending for me, Darrin and co were able to help me put things behind so that I could peacefully and happily move on with my life. Darrin was especially graceful in taking time to talk with me to help me through the emotional devastation, providing great insight and perspective to help heal the pain. He didn't have to, but he did, and it's worth pointing out as other reviews have. The entire experience was on point, with Darrin's direct engagement from start to finish providing a level of customer service and personal care that is egregiously vacant in today's modern landscape of service. If you want your case handled with care, and want results-- look no further than Darrin and NAI. They'll get it done while treating you with the utmost level of dignity and respect.

I was going through the most difficult and confusing time in my life and I’m very happy I met Darrin during this time. When I suspected my wife was having an affair he and his team conducted a thorough and detailed investigation and quickly led me to the details and evidence. But what was truly more impressive was the psychological coaching and immense time that Darrin personally dedicated to me with hours on the phone in how to best approach her with the information in a strategic way to get her to admit everything, details and come back and show remorse in the way that I had hoped she would. I would never have been so on track to getting the outcome that I wanted without Darrin’s guidance.

NAI and Darrin are first class all the way. Unfortunately, had to do some surveillance and came across Darrin's reviews. From the moment I spoke on the phone with Darrin, I had a great comfort level and knew the job would get done properly. Attention to detail and thoughtfulness of questions and background information all very precise and timely accurate reporting. I could not recommend Darrin and NAI more, and will use them again if need be! Thank you!

My family worked with Darrin, the Chief Investigator, on a background investigation of an employee. Darrin was very professional and supportive. It was clear he was reliable and experienced in matters like this. He was able to start the investigation right away and complete it quickly. He provided a thorough final report, which he reviewed with us to make sure we understood the conclusions. If faced with a similar need, we would certainly turn to Darrin again without hesitation.
