NAI service was quick with a caring attitude and an understanding that are sometimes missing from other agencies. There were no extra cost from what they had quoted. Thanks for your excellent service. My first choice in the future will be NAI

Darrin and his team were amazing! They were very professional and really listened to my needs. I came to them regarding an infidelity issue and they did everything they said they would do, and got me the answers that I needed. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services!

Got in touch with North American Investigations for an address look up of my daughter's mom, on a Monday at 8pm, and by Tuesday at at noon they have acquired all the information I needed. Thanks NAI.

This group of investigators are shockingly trustworthy, competent, reliable, discreet, careful, responsible, communicative, empathetic, devoted to their work, flexible, quickly responsive in situations, adaptable, appropriate, have excellent customer care, and are top notch in their craft. They are an absolutely amazing group who can be trusted with the most sensitive topics and the most important people in your life. I cannot go on enough about them, they are that good. If you are in a situation where you need someone within this area, this is the only group to work with.

Great overall service - diligent, discreet and successful in achieving the goals set out. I sounded a few firms and went with Darrin and team because they gave me confidence in their ability to deliver and their professionalism.

From the Cheif Investigator to the office manager and anyone who may have picked up the phone, (which by the way, there is always a response and prompt return to your call), there was always the feeling that your case was a top priority. There was a feeling from the initial point of contact that you had a friend that truly cared about your sitiuation and wanted to support you in the pursuit of truth, information, clarity and justice. It was very comforting in a diffucult investigation and personal situation to have that personal touch from the team. They provided a tremendous sense of peace of mind allowing you to rest at ease knowing they had everything well under control, and the proof was ultimately there that they did. I would highly recommend this organization for any case no matter how complex. You will know you are dealing with seasoned professionals from the very first call!!

No one ever expects to need a private investigation firm. After months of being harassed by someone I never met and didn’t have any validated information to identify, I turned to Darrin and the team at North American Investigations. Their thoroughness, precision, overall professionalism, kindness, and ability to quickly gather accurate information far exceeded my expectations. With a case that included continuous online harassment, physical threats, stalking, defamation of character, and other elements of a sensitive nature, I needed a credible firm that could swiftly get as much information as possible, as well as liaise with attorneys and law enforcement as necessary. Darrin and his team went above and beyond, and were instrumental in bringing resolution to my case. I highly recommend them and will forever be grateful for everything they did for me during my ordeal.

Darrin and his team were very supportive and caring when i called them concerned about my husband's infidelity. I just got married in July 2015 so i am a newlywed (dated for 7 years) and i suspected he was cheating in November. I reached out to Darrin for help and that same night he had an investigator out on the job and my husband was caught that same night. I was thankful Darrins team had confirmed my suspicions immediately. I felt devastated and felt that i was dying of a broken heart but was happy i found out now rather than later. I had more hours left so Darrin and his team used that time to find the woman's husband and once again he succeeded. The husband was not aware this was happening but turns out she had done this before to him. I would reccomend Darrin and his team to anyone who has suspicions of cheating husbands and wives or even if you need to locate someone. Thanks very much for all the support during this devastating time for me!!!
