(2) I initially asked if the numbers were available. I ended up paying 6.8 USD and couldn't use any of the numbers, even though support had previously said there were available numbers. They also don't want to issue a refund. When I purchase a number, it just says "Number not found," and if I buy a number, they'll charge me and not give me the number. It's a scam. (2) It happened to me too.

We’re really sorry for the experience you had. We want to clarify that PVAPins never charges for a number that isn’t delivered. When a service says “Number not found,” it usually means the route was closed at that moment or the app rejected it — not that the purchase disappeared. In cases like this, we can manually verify the activation and credit or reopen it. We also never deny refunds when the system fails to provide a usable number; we just need the activation ID to review it. Please contact support again with your transaction ID + email, and we’ll resolve this quickly. PVAPins is not a scam, and we want to make this right for you.
