Unpleasant experience.
1. I ordered 2 numbers to apply for a Google Voice number, but the application was unsuccessful. I thought it was a problem with my operation. However, later, I successfully applied for a Google Voice number using another website that provide the same service. Therefore, I suspected that there might be something wrong with their numbers and hoped to get a refund. But customer service insisted on no refunds. It turned out that I topped up $5 and got nothing. 2. Their service clearly states that a number can be reused 4 times for free, and there is a $1 charge for reuse afterwards. After I re-used a number 3 times, I was required to pay for the 4th re-use. I went to customer service, and he told me that I had to pay for the 4th re-use. The understanding ability of the customer service is really disappointing, and they have been rude in the communication process. In short, the service and customer service they provide are disappointing.
