The company advertises on meme-focused platforms like 9GAG, using informal content to attract attention. According to multiple external review sources, this company has a very low trust score. Products are overpriced and showing signs of prior use. Shipping time take several weeks. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered The Swinging Sticks from Puzzloria. The item arrived in a condition as if it came directly from a second-hand shop or a B-stock warehouse – with scratches all over and clear signs of prior use. According to the product description, the sticks should be noise-free. In reality, they make a constant ticking sound, similar to a pendulum clock. A return was only offered if I paid the return shipping costs to Paris myself. As an alternative, a 50% discount was proposed, which I declined. I then opened a PayPal dispute. After about two weeks, Puzzloria informed me in writing that a full refund would be processed and asked me to close the PayPal case. I did so. More than 6 weeks later, no refund has been received. Since the PayPal case is closed, there is no further support there – the refund depends entirely on the seller, who is not responding. I am a customer based in Germany. Conclusion: Very untrustworthy seller. Not recommended. Finger off this website

I had high hopes for Puzzloria based on the price and presentation, but I was really let down. The quality of the product is incredibly cheap—thin materials, pieces that don’t fit well, and overall it feels like something from a dollar store. For the amount they charge, I expected something much more durable and well-made. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Paid reviews and cheap quality! I've heard from Puzzloria from 9gag and later on got warned by mods that the products have a cheap quality. Wasn't sure so I've ordered it anyways, turned out they were right, product broke within few hours! save your money! edit: looking at other complaints, I see they pretend that they don't have those people in their records

DO NOT BUY! This seller will send you low quality products for the premium price. I have ordered a few products worth good money and received garbage! They do not respond to e-mails btw. Don't expect service. They want the quick buck. Don't bother, avoid puzzloria.com.
