Puzzle MerchantReviews of puzzlemerchant.com

Great customer service. We recieved the wrong item. They corrected the issue very quickly and told us to keep the wrong item.

They sent us the puzzle we actually ordered, which is more than the Amazon merchant that we tried to us could accomplish. Reasonable price. Fast delivery.

These puzzles are clear and resemble the picture on the box.

Great puzzle selection, reasonable prices. I plan to order more because there were many out of print puzzles available that I can’t find anywhere else. Great experience and a great site for puzzlers!

Really good quality and variety

Puzzles were packaged well, and the mystery surprise puzzle was one I really wanted, lucky me! Definitely want to purchase again, space permitting 😁

I love my new puzzle! And I got it really quickly - thank you!

Great customer service. I had to update my order and it was taken care of immediately. Lots of choices of puzzles!
