The process was pretty easy and the lady that I worked with was great in explaining my options. No pressure and very informative. The parking was the only issue and it probably had more to do with the added security features being installed at the time.

She even suggested breaking a very large and heavy mens ring I had to confirm it was solid gold to get me a much better price on it! It was the bright spot in an otherwise dreary day of torrential rain and traffic. Kind, helpful, informative, and all delivered with a smile!
