Over the Christmas-New Year holiday I had a terrible UTI with nowhere to turn as I am recently retired expat returning overseas and now living in Orlando. This service was a godsend. I’m a 52 year old female, mother , grandmother and I had been waiting 2 weeks to see a dermatologist. All the while my discomfort was getting worse - to the point i could not sleep at night . At 4:30am i found Push Health online and decided to give it a try . By 6:30 am a dr reached out to me , was professional, thorough, asked all the same medical questions you would at any dr including all meds , symptoms, medical history etc . He promptly answered several of my questions. By 9 am I not only had a lab order , i also had a prescription called into my local pharmacy. He even followed up with me to make sure I received everything. I could not have asked for better service . Not only would I definitely use this again, I have downloaded the app and have told all my friends to stop waiting weeks for a 5 minute visit - sitting in waiting rooms - when you can get an immediate response . Of course your experience will be based on the dr you get . But bottom line for me is the dr was great . I’m not a computer savy person- the app was easy and they made the lab and prescription process so easy . There was not one bad thing I can say . I have read some of the other comments on here about insurance and costs . That did not come up and was not asked However the medication I got was $6.58 at Publix . So i don’t know how insurance works through here but I had no issue . I suggest just to ask the dr you get. 5 stars from me .

Perfect! I needed a medrol pack for bronchitis, and couldn't see my pcp for the next 4 days. The process was Really Easy, and 1 hour later I am about to pick it up at my local pharmacy. Its 1045 pm mst, so it was late and still worked better than any other service out there. 5 stars!!!

Dr. Sylvia Udokoro Nwakanma is great! her code is SYLVIAPUSH. She is fast and nonjudgmental. The only downside is she doesn't prescribe controlled substance like ativan.

This site is not going to solve your medicine wants or give you access to something an in person doctor won't. I needed my blood pressure med, and my doctor / blood lab could not accommodate my negligence in delaying a doctor / blood work visit. I'm leaving TAD and need this med, simple med low risk... Push Health, help me out, prescription was available at a tier one pharmacy in a few hours, no hassles!

I was skeptical using this service, however, had no issues whatsoever. I requested a medication around 9:30am and my pharmacy contacted me at 1:30pm to let me know it was ready. I couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor due to the COVID situation and pleased with this online service!

We did not have any problem with Push Health. My parents needed to renew their prescription urgently. The process was very fast and easy, the doctor answered the messages right away. He also helped my parents with changing the pharmacy, so they got their medication as quick as possible. Thank you!
