did anyone get their money back if they never got their prescription?

If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. Website was recommended for getting a prescription for Ivermectin for Covid 19 prevention and wellness. After paying the $70 Dr Laura Purdy refused to call in prescription. Don't waste your money! Scam!!!!

Had appt today wanted prempro prescription. Did not think to ask for ob/gyn but stated the cause of appt. 2 minutes and $99.00 With insurance later was told to see a ob/gyn. I don't think they prescribe any drug, would like to hear from others They might be legit but have a good scam going, they Can say pretty much anything to deny a prescription, so don't get your hopes up of accomplishing anything other than take 2 aspirin and rest!!!

Horrible experience , save your hard earned money . Just go to a walk in clinic , atleast you will get medication that you pay for.

Warning! Please read this first! Save your money! PH is a total scam. Save your money and do not waste your time. First they charge you $65 up front and then they con you into giving them another $50 to call your pharmacy. She lies about everything from being a MD (she’s only an NP) to telling you to use GoodRx for a 90% discount. It’s not true. It’s all a lie. Don’t fall for it. She acts so nice like she’s going to help you, but she’s not. I wasted all day messaging her back and forth only to lose my money. She can’t do anything but put in a Rx for some drug you could have gotten from any NP in a free clinic or through your own provider and insurance. If you already have commercial insurance then use it. And don’t waste your time with PUSH Health. These people at PH should be out of business and get a real job. They should be Reported to the BBB. They take advantage of people who are already broke, unemployed and obese and desperate for help. They only care about how much money they can squeeze out of you. Anyone here who gave them 5 stars is lying. If you have NO insurance or you have an HMO that only covers generic drugs then you’re out of luck. Forget about it. PH can’t do anything for you except make promises that they don’t keep. PH cannot help you. But they will string you along as long as possible to get your money. Pretending they’re going to make it happen. It never does. Then after you have totally run out of options She will tell you, “Sorry it’s in the disclaimer that there are no guarantees!” After you’ve already given her over $100 She pretends not to understand your insurance. She knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s just robbed you blind. There are no discounts and if you are calling for Semagultide known as Rybelsus it’s not covered and you need a prior authorization from your own insurance anyway, so you don’t need PUSH Health for anything. If you are denied the drug by your insurance. She claims she will appeal it for you for another fee. This is another lie. It’s not covered period and she can appeal it all she wants and keep taking your money. Saying sorry I tried. The cost out of pocket for this weight loss drug with no insurance is $871.00 which nobody can afford. In the end she will prescribe you Phentermine also known as Adipex-p. So you will end up paying Over $100 for a $20 Rx that you can get from any NP at your local free weight loss clinic. All Push Health wants is your money and they are greedy lazy rip-off artists who shouldn’t be in health care at all. They want to make easy fast money that’s what they’re really about. And you’ll be a fool to believe them like I did.

Seems legit BUT I paid the $65 for the "office visit" but then my insurance requested a prior authorization to be filled out, and they won't do it for you unless you pay an additional $58.....If I had just gone to a local physician, that would have been a part of my visit.

I am very disappointed in this app as I got my prescription for saxenda as promised but no needles to administer the medication. You have to have a separate prescription for needles. In my opinion as a health care professional the needle prescription should be given at the time the medication prescription is given. When I let the NP know thru push health she said she would even try to waive the fee but the push health app would not let her do that. I just wanted to say…buyer beware! How is it right to send a prescription that you can’t administer without the proper equipment. This is a scam to charge me $64.99 for the prescription and then another $24.99 for the prescription for the needles. This is not right. I intend to let everyone I know not to use this service.

Total Scam. 12 hrs Post steroid shot - extreme shoulder pain. Worst I've ever had. Advil and Tylenol - no relief. Middle of the night - Dr's office closed, didn't want to go to Urgent Care due to COVID. NP didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Responses were anywhere from 10mins to an hour. Finally offered an arthritis medication - then told me to call my Dr. and cancelled the session. Clearly, if he was open - I would have.
