Dr. Mary Ellen McIntire was the doctor that they had matched me up with. The first two times I used her went well. Then not so good on the 3 visit. Claimed she sent in a prescription which it says it was, however the pharmacy never received the prescription. I paid $65 for the visit and prescription to be filled and that didn’t happen. Unfortunately expensive lesson to learn. I will not be using this service again. Tried to get a refund since the prescription wasn’t filled and there is no one to talk too. Very poor customer service. That what I am mostly upset about.

I waited a week and still nothing from…
I waited a week and still nothing from the matched nurse practitioner "Rosabelle M Chism, NP" (despite me unchecking all but MD, I still was matched with a nurse practitioner). I sent her a message, and this was the response:
"It shows that it expired on my end. Did you follow the instructions received in the email? Would you like me to send it to a different pharmacy that will deliver?"
There was never any "instructions received in the email". Such a lie.
I then contacted Push Health, and there response:
"We are sorry to hear of these circumstances. Unfortunately due to the flood of Ivermectin requests a provider was not available to get to your request in time.
Please feel free to resubmit your prescription request"
My prescription had nothing to do with "Ivermectin".

Do NOT sign up for this scam
Do NOT sign up for this scam. Unfortunately I checked every box for a provider (NP, PA, or MD). I got an NP (Shalonda Myles) who sent in my prescription to my local pharmacy. They would not fill it based on "CDC guidelines". Shalonda responded "I sent in the script, they said they would not fill it" (duh!). A few short messages later, she just didn't respond...AT ALL. The next nightmare was trying to get service out of PushHealth. FORGET calling by phone, all robo call service. I emailed them 3x and they essentially said "sit tight, we are very busy blah, blah, blah". I finally sent an email threatening to sue them. They sent back a response saying "We have removed the unresponsive provider from your profile. We have also cancelled the request attached to the provider and released the authorized funds back to your account. This should post within the next few business days.
You are now able to enter a new request and be matched with the first available provider." Yeah, sure....that will be the day I do business with you again!!

Dr Nwakama is not professional be any means
To whom it may concern:
I find this highly unacceptable that Dr. S Nwakanma for no apparent reason is demanding an additional $84. To fill Cynthia's request for a prescription for Ivermectin. This should not be considered a second request for a prescription as this doctor is stating in her message.
I created an account in Push Health and paid the required fee of $64 each for me and my wife. I entered a request for Ivermectin for me and my wife
My prescription for ivermectin was filled this morning by Dr. C. Morgan.
If push health cannot fitful their agreement to fill my prescription for Ivermectin they refund me the $64 I paid for my wife prescription. OR send my request to Dr.C. Morgan.
I received a Push Health notification for my wife's prescription this is the message I received from Dr S Nwakanma.
"Read the following consent, respond and send a new request if you accept to terms outlined. The new request will be $84 which is the fee to prescribe ivermectin. I will be authoring for 8 weeks based on your weight.
In order for me to authorize your medication TODAY,
1. Read the consent and respond with a message with your full name and today’s date with this statement: “I confirm that I have read and understand the information, representations, covenants, releases, and waivers stated above, and voluntarily give my permission to be bound by this Waiver”.
2. Then send a new Rx request from your dashboard, click on "request prescription". Note, I will authorize for 8 weeks ONLY based on your weight!
3. when you send a new Rx, pls choose a pharmacy you know will fill your Rx for SCABIES as most pharmacies are no longer filling this. if you choose a pharmacy and they refuse to fill, i will not be able to assist you. It is your responsibility to find a new one and have the new pharmacy do a “pharmacy to pharmacy transfer” of your Rx. Pls do not reach out to me about this.
4. I will need the form Completed, signed and returned back before you send a REFILL request. Informed Consent for Ivermectin use for COVID- 19

What you fail to realize is I will never relent. I will take every opportunity to expose just how ugly some doctors are and how they take advantage of people in need during a pandemic.
This doctor is the most horrible person I've ever come across.

Doctor only ordered part of my Rx (7 pills) without notifying me. I requested the medication for prophylatic purposes, and 7 pills are not to enough to be preventative. This is a routine antibiotic. Considering the high price, $65, and then having to pay for the medication on top of it is not worthwhile if the doctor doesn't communicate with you. You are better off going to a clinic.

Started off ok..
Started off ok... and had a prescription called in to my local pharmacy with no problem. Then when I wanted to request a refill.. my online Dr's license had, apparently, been suspended. I started to wade through a lot or red tape to try and find another Dr. who could fill the prescription... but no resolution whatsoever. The whole process has left a very negative impression overall.

I ordered Ivermectin on Sept.3,2021 A…
I ordered Ivermectin on Sept.3,2021 A PA by the name of Claudine McKenzie faxed the script to a pharmacy (compound) near me. I patronize another Compound Pharmacy, but it is not listed with PUSH, do to being so busy, they are not advertising for new business. She faxed the script to the pharmacy , that is near by. I called repeatedly to see if it was ready, they did not receive the fax. I communicated it back to Ms McKenzie. She said she faxed it again…. Same thing, Pharmacy never received it…. I communicated it back to Ms McKenzie. She stated that she called and left a voicemail, due to it being after hours and they were closed. They never received the voicemail. The Pharmacist asked me to read the order to him, it was for 3mg of Ivermectin. He stated that they could not fill 3mg, due to it being commercial grade? My CC was charged $64.00 on Sept.3, when I placed the order. It is now September 14, I still do not have the prescription and no way of getting any help to get it. Ms McKenzie, has not responded to any further text. I don’t know that I could ever, recommend PUSH Health to anyone. You need a dedicated line that handles issues with prescriptions ONLY! I have called several numbers, only to be put on hold, for ridiculous amounts of wait time. I don’t want to think, that you just take peoples money and make it so difficult to get any resolution!

"We don't do that medication in this forum."
Then sent me an invoice.
How can you charge for service you won't do?
