Poor costumer service not upfront about fees, tried to charge me twice for a prescription which took multiple message and having to become irate to get it faxed. The NP would not call in the script after fax failed. Charges twice to normal rate for a lab 86 for thyroid labs when Ulta labs charges 39 and uses same lab service Quest labs. It’s really questionable if this service is valid might be stationed in another country. It’s sad in this time of COVID a business would RIP PEOPLE OFF” REALLY SAD” If I were a Doctor or NP I’d look at another service to use to manage Tele-health this service is a piece of S**T.

Charged me twice the going rate for a coronavirus antibody test, asking no questions before approval. I was quite sick a week before so I wanted to know. The results came back fast, the next morning. It said Negative but the first line of the report stated in bold “It takes at least 10 days for the antibodies to build up for a positive reading”. So the test was worthless to me. Since they charged me twice what Quest is charging (where they sent me) I asked for another test in a week or so and they just replied with group message reply about how to be safe. Unscrupulous money hungry outfit. ~rbt

Sounds good in theory but in practice, it really falls short. I used this service twice and twice, it's failed to send my prescription to the pharmacy. Every time, I have to jump through hoops for it to actually work. The pharmacist has to contact the doctor and get the prescription over the phone because they never actually receive any orders. And I used CVS and Walgreens so it's not like it's a 1 pharmacy issue. Unfortunately for them, it's kind of a all or nothing type of service, if one things fails then all fails because then you don't get your prescription. I'd say try it but be prepared to have to put in some work. That being said, their customer service is really quick to respond but not really the most pro-active.

I'm only giving two stars because I at least got my prescription... finally. The ordering process was easy but then it wasn't at the pharmacy and THANKFULLY I called before I drove 30 minuets to get it. I spoke to Push they said they'd call it in, and it still wasn't there. EVERY TIME I called I could no longer get a person but a voicemail. This sounds like a classic scam, you block the number of the person that is the wiser. I only got my prescription because I logged a complaint with PayPal and magically it appeared. I don't know if this is a total scam but definitely not an honest business.
