If I had a choice I would not give 1star ! I’ve been talking with Erika Gitchel ANRP since 8pm yesterday and I still haven’t got the medicine sent to the pharmacy . It takes her hours to respond and I think it’s a scam because I paid $69.99 for nothing because I’m still in pain and no response this is ridiculous I’m still waiting on a response since 12 noon today 07/13 this has to be a scam site

Do not go with these people. they are an absolute scam. I was told by a coworker she was getting Semaglutide here for $120 a month. She looks amazing so that seemed totally worth it. She sent me up with her doctor. I asked the doctor multiple times. Is there a separate fee for medication and I was told I would only be charged 113 and then they would send the medicine to me. I was charged 113, then a pharmacy called and wanted to bill me another $150 for the medicine. I emailed customer service to say this is not what I was told by the doctor or my friend and the customer service person was extremely rude, did nothing but gaslight me, pretended he didn’t know that Semaglutide was something you had to take every month and not just once and refused to offer me a refund for them, purposely lying to me and saying that it wasn’t two separate fees. I told him I would just tell everybody online exactly how they treated me and protest the charge with my bank. Also, they say that you’re paying the 113 for a doctors visit and consultation to see if the medication is right for you but I never had a doctors visit. They charged me for it and then one minute later I got an email saying that the medication was prescribed. There are no doctors and no doctors visits here. Not sure how they were getting away with doing this.

If you’ve ever thought, “Gee, I wish my healthcare worked more like a gym membership, but with zero actual check-ins,” then Dr. Chine Myers on Push Health is your dream come true. No blood pressure check, no health update, not even a “How are you feeling?”, just straight to the invoice. Need a refill? Don’t worry, as long as your credit card clears, your prescription’s on its way. The “medical” part is purely optional here. The pricing? A masterclass in creative billing: $85 a month unless you’d like to prepay hundreds for the privilege of being ignored long-term. It's less healthcare, more pay-to-play pharmacy access. Luckily, I’ve since found a provider who charges less and actually practices medicine. Imagine that. Save your money, and your health. You deserve better.

Other providers may be good - Stay away from Kathleen Menold Other providers may be good. Kathleen Monold is the worst provider I’ve ever dealt with and put up with it because I was concerned about losing access to my medication. She would up my medication by two times on the dosing scale missing the next scheduled dosing without telling me. I would just ask for informed consent because the medication would make me sick and she would tell me “Well then what do you think you need since you want to argue with me.” Honestly it was so bad it’s almost funny. Like who does that? She did it again and this time I didn’t notice before taking it. I was on the bathroom floor for 48hrs. When I told her this and asked how to take less of my medication she said she didn’t like my accusations. All I said was that I was not told about my medication change and how sick I was. She then told me that she couldn’t deal with me anymore. There are so many bad reviews on her. And so many other wonderful providers. People deserve better.

Another private equity health care rip off. Paid to get a prescription which was never sent to the pharmacy. Then when I called to get help, all you have is an option to leave a voicemail. All about the $$$$.

Stay away from Patricia Monroe, who is a provider for Push Health. Not only does she not know what she’s doing but she’s rude and demeaning on top of it. I would be wary of any health organization that hires ableist providers and has low standards. I reported Patricia to Push Health and sent Push the entire (very long) conversation with her and they said they would be taking action but I highly doubt they did anything as she’s still employed by them. She has an aversion to medical research and when you prove her wrong or challenge the obvious script she’s reading, she insults you on a very personal level. I have thyroid cancer (I also have no thyroid) and cannot exercise more than walking 4 miles in a day without experiencing severe exhaustion and she legit told me I need to exercise more to lose weight - and that the fact she had me on the same dose of Zepbound for 8 months and my body got used to it had nothing to do with my plateau. When I told her I had a double level spinal fusion very recently and couldn’t manage to do more than my physical therapy routine + walk due to the fusion and cancer combined, she suggested I exercise from bed if need be. Not increase a dose of medication that wasn’t working anymore, but exercise somehow from bed LOL I sent her research to back up my request for a dose increase and that’s when she lost it - nurse practitioners are allergic to scientific research. She said “why don't you have one of your many specialists prescribe it for you” and BLOCKED ME. The lack of professionalism is a problem with the entire NP community but she blew my mind. The reasons she gave for denying my request were 1) “I have tons of patients on 5 mg for a year and a half that are still losing 1-2lbs a week” (I didn’t realize all patients were the same!!!! She also had no idea what a “non responder” to Zepbound was btw) 2) you’re not eating enough to lose weight (then how did I lose weight for 6 months straight!?!) 3) you don’t exercise enough (this makes no sense after she just accused me of not eating enough. Why would I need to exercise MORE if I wasn’t eating enough?!) 4) “I’ve been prescribing this medication for years and never had a patient like you..” (Zepbound is a year old). The way in which she demanded I have one of my specialists prescribe it for me was callous because she knows oncology and neurology have no business prescribing weight loss medication. She acted like a spoiled brat - she wanted 0 input from me, the patient, regarding MY OWN treatment plan. Zepbound is NOT a narcotic and I was on 7.5 mg (not a starting dose) so if I felt my body had gotten used to it and thus was no longer losing weight what would be the harm of increasing my dose??? 0 harm whatsoever- she just had an impossible ego and has no business being a medical provider. The only thing she should be focused on is seeing a shrink. I went to my PCP for Zepbound after this and they increased my dose and I immediately started losing again. I refused to go back to Push to see a different provider because this incident proves they have no hiring standards and that’s dangerous. Well folks, you’ve been warned!

I was assigned Dr. Anna Chacon . No real issues with her other than accessibility. Shes on the west coast and im on the east coast. Not always available. Her pharmacy staff and support staff are the problem. They don't listen or read or understand your messages . Maybe they are Bots or AI but they take forever to respond to requests and when they do, their responses and questions are unrelated to your request . Bad customer service and A "not my problem " attitude unfortunately. I don't recommend using them .
