Horrible experience. Was charged 1 fee of $54.99 was told it would be refunded and a new request was sent out for the “correct date” and I had to do a new request and was charge additional $69.99. Never got any money back. My prescription was approved and even Amazon found it and verified it (so I thought it was legit) then my order was cancelled and my care giver stopped replying. I had Maria Carson, PA-C. Never got my money back or my medicine. Horrible and seems like a scam service.

I requested a prescription and they just wrote what I asked for - there was no consult or questions asked. There was no appointment, just a $63 fee. They never sent my prescription to the pharmacy and won't help with anything even when the pharmacy said they never received the script. Don't use them - they just take your money and provide no service. Total scam!

Do not do business with this company. They charge your card without posting "pending". They are anything but transparent. No way to contact them and try to get help. It's a fraud by money grubbers.

Wanted to order dutaseride for har loss. They sent me to an online Dr who doesnt prescribe it. Then I was charged $63.- for the appointment.

I had a prescription in mind but obviously wanted to talk with a medical practitioner first. They make you guess what dose would be correct, so I did. I was matched with a nurse practitioner. She said "Hi." I said "Hello." And then she wrote the prescription — for exactly what I had guessed. She didn't ask me any questions. She didn't give me any advice on how to take it. I have no idea if I guessed the right dosage or not. How would I know? I'm not a doctor. That was the whole point of using this service. They have a helpline to call, but no matter how you go through the menu, it always ends with them telling you to talk with your medical provider — the same medical provider who wouldn't talk to me in the first place. The practitioners on this site are crooks, just writing prescriptions as fast as they can so they can make a fast buck. It should be shut down ASAP.

This organization used my professional and personal information to create a profile without my knowledge. Calls to the organization were forwarded to a voicemail. I strongly believe this is an overseas scam. They exploit people for money. They also work under the name Virtual Holistic Doctors. . . . . very suspect organization.

The service and doctors are great. However, they start billing you for a monthly payment. It is sneaky and predatory. I have canceled a bunch of times, yet it still happens. Urgent Care is cheeper when all is said and done.

We were on vacation so I decided to try it and was matched with a provider instantly. Over 24 hours later, I still hadn’t heard from her so I messaged her. She finally responded back, to which I immediately replied. Took her another couple hours to respond. Finally at around 3:00pm she stated she would call in the prescription for my daughter, but she never called it in. I had planned to just find a walk-in clinic somewhere and take her, but since she responded to me around noon and by 3:00 had stated she would call in the script, I didn’t do that. I should not have trusted an online health service, but now I definitely know better!! Will never do it again and will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this scam!!
