If I could rate less than 1 star I absolutely would. I contacted Push Health through my online account on Wednesday March 2 and ordered a prescription for Ivermectin. They responded by sending me a written prescription for the Ivermectin but also included three other prescriptions that I DID NOT ORDER OR REQUEST. I messaged them back requesting they remove everything but the Ivermectin. My request was completely ignored. Over a period of a day and 1/2 I messaged them over and over again and each time it was ignored. I tried calling was put on hold for quite awhile and then was forced to leave a message with a call back number. Never received a call back. Left another on line message and they responded with the same order for all four prescriptions. My wife called the pharmacy to see what Dr. Lee had sent over and they told her they had not received anything from Dr. Lee for me. I Sent another on line message pleading with them to send my prescription for Ivermectin ONLY immediately as we were now 4 days later. I finally received a message telling me to fill out the paperwork for the prescription I needed with the pharmacy and they would match it with the prescription sent by the Dr. I told them I had already filled out the pharmacy information, they had received it and were waiting for the prescription from Dr. Lee. IT HAD NOT BEEN SENT! They even tried reaching out to him by phone but were unsuccessful. Despite my telling Lee's office what had transpired they continued to request I fill out information for the pharmacy when in fact, the only thing holding up my order was the fact that Dr. Lee's office had not sent over the prescription from their office. FINALLY, on Saturday they sent me a message telling me they would send the prescription to the pharmacy on Monday 3/7, IT TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO GET THE PRESCRIPTION SENT TO THE PHARMACY!!!! Ivermectin is supposed to be taken at the onset of the virus so please tell me why it took you so long to send it to the pharmacy. I find my experience with Push Health and Dr. Lee's office to have been completely aggravating and unprofessional. I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone I care about. Not even sure they are real as their responses to my questions (that is when they bothered to give a response) appeared to be computer generated because they never answered my direct questions. They should be ashamed!!

Customer wrote: I paid $90 to have a prescription sent. The pharmacy said the description said 1 packet and didn't give a quantity. I requested Triamcinolone acetonide .1%, 240g. The ended up giving me the smallest tube of cream for my eczema which is not nearly enough. I messaged the doctor and she said she sent through another prescription with the quantity listed. The pharmacy said there was no prescription in the system. I sent a message to the push health website and you guys gave me the same doctor to send another prescription and this time I requested a different pharmacy thinking it was the pharmacy that had the issue. I went to the new pharmacy a few days later and they said there was no prescription sent. At this point I am tired of making trips to the pharmacy only for them to say there is no prescription. I need a new doctor to prescribe the correct medication or I need a refund because I never got the prescription I needed and I've wasted multiple trips to the pharmacy only for them to tell me there is no prescription. I hope to hear from someone soon. pushhealth.com> wrote: Hi Anthony, Thank you for reaching out. We just wanted to confirm that your request has been cancelled and we have released the authorized funds back to your account. That should reflect on your end within the next few business days. Additionally, we have removed the Healthcare Provider from your patient profile. If you don't have anything pending, you will need to submit another request in order to be rematched. To do so, you can login to the Push Health platform at the link below and click on "Request Prescription" to get started. Push Health Login Thanks, -- pushhealth.com Customer wrote: Thanks for the refund on the $5. How about the refund for the $89.99 charge. The $5 was my request to get the prescription resent since the one with the $89.99 charge didn't have a quantity of the medication listed and the pharmacy wasn't able to give me the correct amount. I've sent multiple communications to the doctor only for her to never actually send through another prescription. Now it looks like I am having to send multiple communications with human resources to get a proper refund.

Unfortunately it was an unacceptable experience. The agent or doctor answering was either lazy or overwhelmed. Dr Shonda Myles was the doctor who answered my submission. Days would go by with no answer. Then I would receive the same question over and over again which was just a delay tactic. She told me the request expired even though I paid $112 up front prior to receiving any assistance. Then when I finally got to the point with prescription, she would only provide 30 day (1 month) and explained I would have to pay another $112 each month for consultation for the continuation of that script (not the pharmacy price you pay that at your pharmacy). Then I texted one Sunday only to be told its Sunday and would receive a call on Monday. Call never came..I would have to repeatedly text in the app with no answer. I finally reported the site to the Dept of Health in NJ and I was refunded 2 months. Telehealth can be great but this is certainly not Healthcare at its finest. Very poor all the way around and very stressful for someone looking to address a concern.

This company is a scam. I had Dr. Frank Lee, in Pennsylvania, and it took over a month to get a prescription. Once I paid the most expensive consult cost, they stopped communicating with me when I needed refills. Just dropped off the face of the earth. Now I have to pay the $200 consult fee with another company and start all over. There’s no phone number to file a complaint or talk to anyone. I’m just at their mercy over the “app text message” service and nobody has responded to my messages or refill request in a month. Do not use this place. Even when they were responding, it would take days to get a response and they would ask me the exact same question 5 times.
