Prescribed me a medication that had several recalls previously so i was no longer comfortable taking it and asked for a refund. I got several emails accusing me of being dishonest and calling me a liar among others names. Very unprofessional team. I was hounded with several emails calling me a liar, arrogant, etc. All because I stated I wanted a refund based on a recall.

Seeking treatment for COVID, I was connected with a nurse practitioner who recommended Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, referencing a site which appears to condemn use of COVID vaccines. Obvious quack. Very hit or miss, I guess.

They are a ripoff. They charge you $65.00 every time you want to renew a prescription

It’s sad that this is all about money! I was with push health in 2021 for weight loss! I paid for a 3 month prescription (which was $135 on 5/18/21 and normally I would pay $55) and only 1 month prescription was filled at CVS instead of 3. Maninder Kaur, NP-C with Push Health/Echo Heals (her company) said she called in a 3 month prescription but CVS said it was only 1. **** Maninder Kaur, NP-C works for push health but may use her company echo heal) I went back and forth for days with Maninder Kaur, NP-C and her team never resent the prescription or called CVS and so only 1 med was filled and then my insurance termed so I lost money and it was never refunded. I was told that they could get my meds from Canada for $500 a month (but my insurance would have paid $40.00 for a 3 month supply). I was not happy! I guess I believe people get better so I tried push health again in May of this year. I paid $64.99 on 5/5, then was asked to pay $60.00 for the Auth which should have ben covered under the visit and then $64.99 on 5/23 for a follow up. I have insurance and this Nickle and dime business might have good physicians but you will never know because they milk your pockets dry before you can ever see it. I decided to use Alpha Medical and received great care and customer service. Lesson learned and I’ll never use Push Health or Echo Heals (same person - Maninder Kaur, NP-C)

wrong antibiotic prescribed fpr lockjaw. Almost died, had to go to e/r, and Alecia DiLisa, APRN charged me twice for wrong rx. NOT a doctor as promised. NO refund as promised.

such a horrible experience.. the MD assigned to me didn’t know what to prescribe to begin with..i waited for more than 24 hours for him to correct the medication and he just resent the same prescription without correction.. it was a very frustrating experience

I contacted push health with the belief they would help lower the cost of my medicine. I did not need help finding a prescriber. They went ahead and put in an order without my consent and knowledge of what my meds would cost plus got charged for something I didn't need help with. Not a bit pleased

I asked for a Epi Pen because the be website said no office visit required. After paying for the consultation I was told that I would have to go to an office visit to get one.
