Customer service fails to listens to customers concerns or put them first. They falsely advertise that you can use your FSA/HSA; however, fail to provide receipts that are sound enough to actually be reimbursed. While the platform has a lot of potential, it's unfortunate this has left such a bad taste.

This company is 100% fraudulent. Read the good reviews closely and you'll realize they are fake. Pay attention to the bad reviews, most of which imply the same scam, a perscription that was never sent to a pharmacy. This was my experience as well. When I complained, the so called doctor (fake) tried to scam me a second time by saying he canceled the first order which was already charged to my card. He wanted me to use the same card to pay for the order a second time. I've reported them to the authorities and you should too

The first contact is easy to order the medication, BUT there is always a BUT! When you need to renew the prescription you will need to pay again, each prescription is for 3 months, so you will need to pay for 4 prescriptions a year. in my case spend 300 dollars a year for a 3 dollars medication . This is insane and needs to stop; people's health is not all business!

Beware!!!! Medication prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I messaged the provider & push health, called push health, and even requested a pharmacy change. I could not get in contact with anyone.

The provider hadn’t sent my prescription after several hours so I canceled the prescription request. The provider then proceeded to send the prescription AFTER I had canceled and charged my credit card. I’m disputing the transaction with my credit card company as thankfully I took a screenshot of the canceled request.

I signed up, paid my $65, and received a prescription for the medication Mounjaro. I needed a prior authorization, but the PA never replied. They said they would refund my $65 and try another provider. I tried it again. My pharmacy received a prescription from a new provider but, again not available for prior authorization. What a waste of time and money.

I dont recommend Sylvia Udokoro Nwakanma. She will be nice and professional before asking you to leave a 5 star review, then later after youve helped her and spent $150 or more per invoice separate billing for prescriptions, she’ll play games with prescription requests and take days to respond. I dealt with her off and on during desperate times with poor healthcare options in GA and she took advantage big time especially via web. They only play games online and they wont call/return calls/speak in-person with online patients. This NP isnt a doctor, moreso a disappointment to rely on. Its always some game with her and her weird assistant.

Misleading pricing - quote one price for ALL in but then the cost more than doubles with the extra 'external' fees (out with their control/our total cost etc etc - free rebuttal to help you justify your misleading pricing)
