Even though they knew they couldn't help me, based on my situation and insurance, they still took my money. Ruthless. Alicia DiLisa was my "medical professional" that did nothing. Please stay far away and get real medical advice and help.

I was scammed. Paid $65 for a prescription it was sent to my pharmacy and they wouldn’t fill it because I needed prior authorization from the dr and the dr messaged me back saying it would be an additional $95🤬

This is a scam. My session "timed out" as I was trying to make a request. They took $65 out of my bank and there is no record of my request. I was trying to process my payment via PayPal and when contacting PayPal they have no record of my transaction however there is a debit in my bank account from "Pushhealth" for $64.99 absolute fraud

I paid $70 for the prescription the pharmacy can’t release meds bc they can’t get ahold of the prescribing doctor. Messaged with said doctor via their platform about the issue and then they send me another invoice for who knows what. Embarrassed I fell for this scam.

Push Health's Medical Provider is prejudicial, lacks professionalism and exercises undue discrimination. On top of that, Push Health is now attempting to illicitly embezzle funds from me.

I would give them 0 if i could. My boyfriend and i requested the SAME EXACT MEDICATION, He was approved instantly I had to provide proof of ID heart rate blood pressure height and weigh at the end mine would cost $450 his would have cost a $170. I guess because he's a man he's automatically more trust worthy and deserves more for less work and money.

At first, the price was $65. Then it changed twice: first time when the doctor made a prescription, and the second time when 2 refills were added. I had to pay $115 at the end (the cost of the medicine, of course, is not included). I think the patients should have a right to know the price upfront. Also, the medicine I needed is supposed to be taken for at least 6 months to treat my condition and up to 2 years. I only got the medicine for 3 months, and I was ignored when I asked for 6 months. That means I need to pay $115 every three months just to get a new prescription…

paid over $100 and Im told now I have to call my insurance company and see if they will give me another pre authorization. they first ask for $69.95. Then they ask for another $32 for authorization. then they email and say they can't do it. It's a scam
