Using the service is easy enough. I got a prescription for Mounjaro easily without having to even speak with a doctor. Just answered a few questions via messages back and forth. The part I didn't realize with them is, you need a refill every month and you have to pay their $67 service fee for EVERY refill. So basically take the cost of your prescription and add another $67 to it each month. They should be able to give you a prescription with at least 3 refills and I wouldn't feel so cheated. $67 for just a message from the doctor saying "you notice any side effects"? and a response of "no" seems like usury

Used push for my teenager who had severe vomiting. Requested anti-nausea medication which they approved. The text consultation was quick and painless. But it took 2.5 hrs later, 3 follow-up emails, and multiple online messages to the doctor with a request for them to call the pharmacy before I could obtain the prescription. They still haven't called me back as I also called. The phone number only allowed me to leave a message which I left one hour ago. So in my opinion this service is not the best if you need the prescription right away. I looked up reviews for the pharmacy we used but it had almost all 5 star reviews. So I strongly suspect the problem was not the pharmacy but PUSH.

There is zero help with this group if your insurance denies the prescription. None. Please do not waste your money. If disappointment had a name it would be Push Health. Good luck trying to get any of your money back. .

At first during the height of Covid my provider was very responsive. As of late, 2022, she is very unresponsive. I sent 3 prescription requests and they all been ignored. It’s a shame that patients get ignored when their provider’s situation improves. Very disappointed.

I did connect with a physician, he did prescribe Ivermectin but with a lecture on why that was not his recommendation. I asked for it to be sent to Walgreens. The pharmacist lectured me. I never got the prescription. Finally had to get monoclonal antibodies therapy - NOT FDA APPROVED!!! But certainly put more cash in Big Pharma pockets than Ivermectin which DOES successfully treat Covid regardless of what Google says!!!

They don't respond to emails and don't answer phones during business hours. Also, I had a bad experience with a very difficult "doctor" that wouldn't let release me to see a different doctor....super frustrating experience.

For a week I've been trying to resolve a very simple issue of having them properly call in an acne medication for my son. I was told to "resubmit" my request because they missed it the first time on the order, and they would waive the additional fees. Then they charged me anyway and still did not properly call in the prescription. If I cannot rely on them for a non-acute medical need, how can anyone rely on them for something more important? No thank you. Very unprofessional and incomptent.
