Do Not Use Them!!!! 100% scam. Took my fee for the “tele-appointment “ and request for prescription. Never spoke with doctor. They sent the script to pharmacy but wouldn’t allow preauthorization with my insurance so I would have to pay $1500 if I wanted it. Should have costed $15 copay!! Then when I messaged them calling them out, the messages with the doctor disappeared on the app. Very shady

Scam- I paid 65 consult fee. Waited 2 and a half hours at rite aid to fill a prescription. Pharmacist said he could not fill the prescription. He contacted Push Health and the doctor no longer worked for Push Health. After messaging Push Health they still charged me for the consult fee.

Don’t use! Original price $65, then after I talked to someone another $75 to get prescription. Pharmacy said doc needs to send a referral and now they requested another $85 and I am not sure that’s the end. I just contacted them because I need a new GP and it’s going to take a month to get an appointment for one. Big regrets for contacting Push Health.

I had a prescription that I paid a consult fee to get filled. I get two refills per consult. The pharmacy only filled it one time and then refused to refill it again. When I went to get the prescription at another pharmacy, Pushhealth charged me another consult fee. Thier customer service is nonexistent. After initial contact they refuse to return emails or phone calls.

There was a much delayed response to my request so I cancelled due to the delay. Then the provider finally responded. Now I’m getting frequent emails that indicate a prescription I no longer want is ready. Totally frustrating. They obviously don’t have their online functions like ‘canceling’ linked to their providers.

My provider was very absent. 5 days so far with no response. I wish I had read reviews prior to paying for this service. Save your money! No response from customer service either. What a poor way to do business.

Push health assigned me to a prescriber (not an MD) who submitted a prescription to my pharmacy for a brand name medication. The pharmacy requested the prescriber to resubmit the script for the generic of the same medication. The provider immediately resubmitted the prescription for the generic. Push health charged me for both prescriptions - a rip off! After multiple calls to Push Health support - none of which was answered - and several emails also with no response, I had to go through the hassle of initiating a inappropriate charge dispute with my credit card company. This company at best is poorly run but most likely intentionally dishonest. Avoid!!
