This company is a scam! I am going to contact a major news network and let them know what kind of scam these people are running. They take your money and you get no Rx. Can't get NP to do the preauth with my insurance company. I already filed a complaint with BBB and they are not listed as a healthcare company but a software developer company. That has scam written all over it.

I paid the $65 for the dr. She wrote my script. My insurance said I needed a prior authorization. So I email Alecia DiLisa and tell her, she responds and says that for a PA I'll need to pay an additional $90.60. I paid it, and that's the last one heard from her. I've emailed her several times, with no response. I called Push Health, left a voice mail, also emailed them and still nothing. I would not recommend them at all. The drs should at least communicate with the patients. It's like once they get their money, they cut off all contact. Save your money and use a different place.

This company is a scam. Sent me to a provider who would not respond. Just needed for the provider to contact insurance company since he provided me with the medicine. What a waste of time.

Piece of crap … took my 94$ never sent my prescription to my pharmacy. There is no costumer service nobody ever reach back out to you via email or phone!!! Total scam save yourself go else where!

Never got prescriptions and was still charged. Charged one fee for what I thought would be doctor consult and prescription then another fee which ended up from the doctor herself. Would have been fine if I got the prescription for what I needed. Both pharmacies said they left doctor message for questions but they never received responses. Two pharmacies and no responses from the doctor that push health recommended for me. I had one call from her which was she did her part, but it was now out of her hands. If it was then why did pharmacies need to talk to her directly. Don’t pay anything. A full week I have waited hoping for it to resolve. Nothing.

Nobody answers the phone. Don't waste time on this company, and take care of yourselves :)

I placed order $64.99 fee, assigned a "provider", never had the virtual consult. The "provider" sent prescription in to my pharamacy that required a pre-authorization. The "prescriber" was combative and after sending her 2 years of my medical records refused to complete pre-authorization. I tried to call Push Health, nobody EVER answers the phone, I emailed. No reply. Left me no choice and filed a complaint online with BBB. Awaiting outcome. Push Health promotes "safe and easy" service, HA. LIES! Do not recommend. **update*** I received a refund, but only because I filed the complaint. Push Health never contacted me back.

Not the best experience I am afraid. I am having a really hard time reaching anyone at the company or getting a response from my designated DR. I have been prescribed medication 3 times in the past 4months. The last 2 prescriptions never made it to the pharmacy on the first attempt. The first time I was able to reach someone at push help and they managed to resend it to the pharmacy successfully. Unfortunately my last prescription issued on November 10th and then resent again December 21st (after numerous failed attempts at retrieving it from the pharmacy) has still not been received. I have emailed all the emails I have been able to find on their website and from the automated message: prescriptions/feedback/help as well as calling them at least 4 times this week (just an answering service). I never leave reviews but at this stage I am just fed up/desperate and hoping someone from the company may read this and act accordingly. One can hope, as I paid for the service over 2 months ago.
