I have a UTI, and could not get a timely appt. I had used Push in the past and received good care. This time I did not. I received an unsympathetic comment. I am very upset, and must wait for care.

The provider didn’t seem to understand English very well. Therefore sent the incorrect prescription to my pharmacy. I expressed that one wasn’t covered but the one I wanted was. She sent the uncovered prescription now I’m out of my 64.99 and my prescription. They do not return emails or calls. They take your money and write you off. They don’t care if their provider doesn’t do their job and you get ripped off. I certainly got ripped off I would not use this service. It may be a scheme. Addendum: today Push reached out to me after three weeks of messages by phone and email. There’s hope for the rest of you.

At first I was happy with Push Health. They set me up with a doctor and I was able to get a prescription. However, the doctor appeared to be a bait and switch type person. I received a 6 month prescription and tried to transfer from 1 pharmacy to another after 1 month and the doctor no longer prescribes the prescription but only offers their own "compound" that insurance doesn't cover. My insurance covers the prescription I already received. Why would I switch it.

In the beginning it was fine I needed meds for my diabetes ( A1C of 8.9 ) when I asked for refills I get a list of weight loss meds to buy from them and when I say I don’t want weight loss meds they cancel my account. When I said I didn’t want my account canceled all I got was “ thank you “ . I do not recommend this service . Very unprofessional to not refill life saving medications to try to sell their expensive weight loss meds

I signed up for Pushhealth regarding injectable weight loss medication. Pushhealth gladly took my money. However, when I needed a refill, my insurance required a prior authorization. Dr. Purdy did not fill this paperwork out in a timely manner. After 5 weeks I started calling and messaging my insurance as well as Dr. Purdy. 1. My insurance carrier verified that they sent a detailed description of what they needed. This was never filled out by Dr. Purdy. 2. When I asked Dr. Purdy about a self pay option, she stated that she would not be writing me a prescription because my BMI was not within the parameters to order a weight loss medication. My BMI has not changed since my initial contact with Dr. Purdy. Dr. Purdy returned a message to me admitting that she negligently did not look at my BMI prior to ordering my first medication. To remedy this situation, I asked for my monthly program fees as well as the $35 dollars I was charged for prior auth paperwork, to be refunded. I have called Pushhealth 4 times in the past week at 855-787-4433. Not once has anyone answered the phone or returned my call. I emailed Push Health no return email. I then resorted to sending a message back to Dr. Purdy asking for additional contacts and she replied that she would answer questions for me at the rate of $75/half hour. As an individual working in healthcare compliance, I recognize the discrepancies and practices by Pushhealth that are taking advantage of patients. This is most unfortunate.

Terrible experience. Got a Rx from a NP. She sent it to the pharmacy but the pharmacy did not have the medicine. I asked for an actual Rx so I could take it somewhere else. The NP would not give me a paper Rx. So I found a pharmacy that has the medication and requested that the Rx be sent there. The NP does not respond. I sent a message to Push Health. They do not respond either. They have been quick to take the money, but there is no service.

I do not recommend Push Health. Worse experience ever. First off, a psych NP prescribed my nonpsych medication. Called pharmacy they never received it. Message the NP back and she said they did send it over. Had to go back and forth to finally get prescription. Sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. Had to notify NP again. Had to pay $5 to get the correct prescription. Finally got it completed. Pharmacy notified me that they do not have medication in and not sure when it was going to be arriving. Found another pharmacy who had medication in stock. Push health will transfer prescription one time. Sent it request to transfer it. Pharmacy said they never received it. Notified NP she said to call pharmacy to see why they didn’t receive it. And then NP ghosted me. Paid a total of $70 and no medication in hand. Avoid this business like the plague.

This is an obvious scam. I did not read gthis until now which was stupid but I am getting the same thing which is being ignored. Then, I find out other people are being scammed. I will have to contact the bank to get my money back.
