this is an illegal company sending prescriptions without a doctor visit. it's overpriced and no one follows up. no mechanism in place to make sure patient is safe or healthy on medications. very expensive. Do not recommend

Horrible
Horrible! They sent a prescription and my insurance wanted more info from them. The Dr at Push Health told me to ask my PCP. I paid Push Health for the consult ( not my PCP) and they refuse to follow up with the info that the insurance company is requesting. I feel scammed!

Awful experience
I was hopeful for help. I did not receive it. I used this platform to get isolated medical help in the issue I needed. I have good insurance. The Np I was matched with was not eager to help and asked no questions. I did not write an explanation to everything in the initial intake form as it would have been so lengthy. I wrote things of importance that was pertaining to my issue but imagined I would consult and talk to a dr in depth. I had zero questions asked and the np sent the script. I needed a Prior Auth and since the Np didn’t ask questions she filled it out improperly, answering no to questions that were important to the insurance approving it. When I got denied by insurance, she got snippy with me and told me it was my fault. I pushed back politely telling her that we should have had a conversation about my medical past and current issue . My insurance is working harder to help me than she is. I sent her the proof she needed for my medical records and she will not appeal it. Even my insurance has called her trying to help me. I wasted two weeks and $65 on this platform with zero help. I called customer service several times and left messages with zero response. It was very frustrating and such a waste.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY (OR YOUR TIME)
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY (OR YOUR TIME)! Sure, the "doc" was lightening quick to send an eFax prescription. But when the pharmacy requested additional information, the "doc" was not willing to handle the request so the pharmacy just cancelled the prescription. So that was $65 just flushed down the drain!

IT'S A MONEY SCAM!!!
Jan 2023, PUSH Health charged me $64.99 for their service, but my first provider charged me an additional $89.53 for a professional fee. Feb 2023, same provider charged me $114.99 for a refill of my meds. Then, pharm says they didn't have the rx, so I messaged provider via app - NO RESPONSE for 4 days! Called PUSH Health - VOICEMAIL, had to leave a message (5 days later they responded via email).
I had to call the provider's office to ask them to call in the rx again. VIA email, I asked PUSH health for another provider.
My second provider didn't respond to my messages via the App. when I needed the rx dosage changed because the pharm didn't have it in stock. I had to request another rx refill and was charged another $94.99 just to get my medication. Again, called PUSH health - NO ANSWER, HAD TO LEAVE VOICEMAIL!!!
A week later, they finally responded with an email - asking if everything worked out?
If you are paying for a service, at minimum, you should be able to speak with someone. Especially if it's concerning your health - the provider should respond to text messages because your wellbeing is at risk.

Push Health is a scam!
They take your money, and then the prescription cannot be refilled, do to an insurance issue. When asked for my money back, they said no. This company is a scam!!

Push health never answers the phone or…
Push health never answers the phone or answer emails In A timely manner. The providers say the sent the prescription to pharmacy but the pharmacy never has the script and takes a couple weeks to resolve. It’s horrible. Harmony Vance will charge you twice for a script you didn’t receive. Buyer beware

Terrible - take your money and no prescription
Terrible. Took my money but did not send prescription to pharmacy. Have been out of medication all week and they do not respond to emails or have a real human to call or speak with.
