I specifically advised them that my medication required a prior auth. They NEVER told me they DO NOT handle any prior authorizations. So they took my money but I can’t get the medication. When I questioned why they didn’t let me know, they removed me from their practice. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS. It’s a total scam. They will take your money. There is no way to contact them by phone - no one to call. No way to get any help whatsoever. Waste of time and money. Dr. Patel does not care about your health - but she loves to take your money. When you question her policy - she will drop you from the practice. Now if you find this type of doctor-patient relationship exciting for you, and want to make a $65 donation to Push Health. Simply sign up! And watch them “PUSH” you out the door.

Does not provide pre-authorizations or respond to pharmacy or patient once problem with filling prescription occurs. Waste of money as you can't fill.

Terrible! Was charged $65 and my prescription was denied. Push health can not do pre authorizations. I wasted my money.

This is the worst medical platform ever!!! The providers will take your money and not do a pre authorization or call the pharmacy back. I just gave her $118.00 for nothing. Also you have to pay a fee every month because they do not do refills. Such a waste of money!!!!!

There is no medical oversight. I requested my own blood work, no review of the results, I request my own prescriptions, no questions. Finally the nurse practitioner asked me to prove my diagnosis. They did not even look at my lab work! That made me extremely nervous that someone can get prescriptions, unquestioned. This is a danger to the public and needs to be looked into.

Don’t waste your time with Push Health. Their online site claims they are able to provide specific services yet, when contacted, they can’t.

Same issue as other folks it seems. Fast response by provider to send an eFax prescription. But when the pharmacy requested additional information, they went dark and were not willing to handle the request so the pharmacy just cancelled the prescription. Waste of money completely, and worse yet, I am still sick after a week of trying to get this sorted out. Avoid this jerks!

What a bad service. Paid and waited for almost a whole week without any response from the "doctor" assigned. Wil never use this again and advise others to do the same
