Harmony Vance is unprofessional and threatened to send a negative review about me as a patient because I asked for a refund. I paid for my prescription on 7/19/23 and was told that I would receive tracking information in 10 days. 10 days passed and no information so I message Ms. Vance. I received a response 2 days later. I also emailed Push and received the run around. On August 2, I received a message from Ms. Vance stating that she had to switch pharmacies due to an unfortunate circumstance and that I should receive a tracking number in 4-5 days, but I should call the pharmacy to confirm. I called the pharmacy on 8/4 and they couldn't confirm the 4-5 day shipping so I requested a refund from Ms. Vance and asked to be switched to another provider that my friends use and all speak highly of the provider. The other provider is cheaper as well. I was going to switch providers after I received my 1st prescription. I didn't know that each provider had their own pricing. I received the prescription yesterday 8/8/23. Coincidence? This morning, I received a message from Ms. Vance. This message comes 3 days after I asked for a refund. The message from Ms. Vance stated that she knows my new provider very well and will tell the new provider "how well it went with me" and that I requested a refund even after she helped me. Vance helped me after I requested a refund and the sarcasm or threat is not well received.

My health provider Shrusti Patel, NP would not write the same prescription for hair loss medication that I received the first time I used the service. When I asked about this, she claimed the platform only allows providers to write prescriptions in 30 day increments. When I asked Push customer service about this policy, they confirmed that prescriptions are entirely up to the discretion of the provider. I am not sure if this is a tactic to try and get patients to pay $90 a month for a prescription refill, but all it did was make me angry and resentful enough to write a review.

Do not waste your time or money with this service!! I never received the prescription for a steroid dose pack (Medrol Dose Pack) I paid $65.00 to have a nurse practitioner ask me some questions online in order to get a prescription. The pharmacy never received the Rx. I had the pharmacy location changed and still no Rx. I sent a message to the practitioner and called Push Health and no one answered.

Fraud! I paid $64.99 for Pushhealth, and pushhealth matched me with Dr. Ayanna Artis, DNP, APRN for a prescription. However, when I went to Walgreen to get the prescription, Walgreen told me Dr. Ayanna Artis, DNP, APRN is identified as Fraud thus they can't give me the prescription. I then asked Dr. Ayanna Artis, DNP, APRN for a refund. She refused. I can't believe even Dr in USA are fraud! Also really dissapointed that PushHealth matched a Fraud Dr with me! I am going to fight for these Fraud and report to the right healthcare management system so other people won't suffer from Fraud pushhealth and Fraud Dr. Ayanna Artis!

This is a scam. It sounds real when you start. They get tons of personal info, they charge you 64.99 for rx that you never received and 151.31 for lab work from a lab that doesn’t exist. After that they just ghost you

Well. We contacted Push Health for a prescription of Paxlovid for a rebound Covid relapse for my husband. While getting signed up was a breeze and we got connected fast to a “health provider” (nurse practitioner and RN), this person said that Paxlovid wouldn’t help but suggested she prescribe hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin and sent a medication “protocol” that looked official from some group called FLCCC. Check the Wikipedia on this group. Basically an ultra conservative group pushing alternative drugs which lack scientific efficacy. Checking the NIH, CDC, and FDA website clearly shows numerous clinical studies not finding ivermectin as effective. She would not prescribe Paxlovid, we declined the bogus meds, and she offered prednisone which I recall seeing, early on in the pandemic, as detrimental. We declined that too. Buyer beware here. While Push Health may be convenient they clearly have no quality control over their providers.

this group is a scam. They charge you when you ask for the script, then they invoice you again. Shipping is super slow. The PA you start with will dump you and hand you off to someone who is not in the medical field at all and cannot answer questions
