Dr. Marlo Pichardo, PA-C in Meridian ID receives an F- for refusing to do her duties and refusing to help someone in a time sensitive situation for no reason. Find a local doctor and don’t waste valuable time here. You get assigned to a doctor and can’t change it on push health, which makes no sense for an online solution. Also push health won’t take calls from patients only doctors. If you request an antibiotic on PH for an ear infection the doctor specifically Dr. Marlo Pichardo can just deny it because you refuse to go to the ER and get spinal tap. My wife does not have symptoms of meningitis. Mrs Pichardo said “it might be meningitis?” Me saying it’s not meningitis is apparently enough to ghost a patient? Very professional behavior. I politely said she has no symptoms of meningitis in the email and was ghosted. I have screenshoted the emails if this review is disputed. After 5 emails you realize all doctors even the nice ones are only in it for the money. I offered to do a video conference with my wife so she can see my wife is working from home and not in bed dying. Plus I listed all the symptoms of meningitis in the email and reiterated she has none of the symptoms, still no response. If it has all the symptoms of a covid ear infection which can be serious but not critical, not enough for a ER visit and a spinal tap. It’s usually a steroid and or antibiotic. Simple prescription, nothing complex or even an abused drug. My honest opinion is find a local doctor you can trust that won’t ghost you in your time of need especially after being a 3 time returning loyal customer. Stay away from push health and doctors that don’t listen to or help their patients in the time of need like Dr. Marlo Pichardo In the Idaho health care system.,

This is false advertising and fraud. I was exposed to COVID and I needed Ivermectin. I went to their site filled out the questionnaire and the price indicated was $73.99. I gave my card and they immediately took that amount. Next they messaged me that the price is actually $79 plus a $14.99 Push fee for a total of $93.99. I complained and got a message that we're sorry for the confusion. This kind of bait and switch indicates this is not an honest company.

Well,i've never written a review on anything and it's a shame I feel compelled to do this. I am an RN and requested rx on a weekend and it showed that it went through successfully but pharmacy had not recieved it. I messaged the NP couple times and "silence" as another reviewer describes.So,yes 65$ quickly deducted and no meds dispensed .I have used this app the past 2 years without issue so I assumed all would be well but as a nurse i'm especially unsatisfied with this FRAUD and THEFT that is shown here.

As a registered nurse I knew what I needed so I thought this service would be worth the money not to miss work to go to Dr. Appt. They are quick to take your money but that's the only thing that happens in a timely manner. They connected me with a provider within a few hours. Provider asked me a couple questions to which I responded immediately then, NOTHING! Never heard back. I complained and they said it can take a couple DAYS to get a message back?! When your having a serious issue that they advertise they treat, no one wants to wait DAYS to feel better! Thank God I heard about TELEDOC!!! Now that's the way online healthcare should work!!! Five starts for TELEDOC!

Total scam...never received medication. Once they get your money they will no longer respond to you. FRAUD!!!!!

They process payments faster than any other company, and respond to requests more slowly than anyone. Despite repeated attempts to follow up with my assigned “provider,” all i ever got back was silence. When I reached out to customer service they quickly sent a boiler plate “apology” but still no response or actions. WASTE OF MONEY

DO NOT give these people your $! Push Health advertised that they can get you a prescription for Vuity eye drops for age related presbyopia. I paid the $65 and in a matter of hours, the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Seemed ok at first. BUT - It turns out - there were ZERO refills for this medication, and to get a refill, I would have to pay even more than the original charge - an additional $108 each and every month that I need a refill. This is NOT what I was led to believe would happen. They advertise NO SUBSCRIPTION needed, but make you pay $$$ for refills??? That sure seems like a scam way to get even more than other online medical services charge for a subscription. Further - the “healthcare” I received was pathetic. If I needed anything other than simple prescription eye-drops, I would have been very, very worried. There was a basic drug interaction questionnaire, no actual correspondence with the “doctor” who wasn’t even an eye doctor - and amounted to no more from them than writing the prescription and faxing it to my pharmacy. AVOID this “service” at all costs. Even an out of pocket visit with a regular doctor won’t cost you what Push Health will - and your doctor will actually do more than write a 1 time script for your money.
