Confusion with an exchange.
Update. My issue was resolved and I have the product I ordered. It was a process, but they came through in the end. I ordered an item. It was delivered and it was the wrong size. The 1X on the order sheet was actually the number of items ordered not the size. I contacted them and they were very helpful. I sent the item back and requested the correct size. After they received my return they advised you they were out of stock but had one left and would send me an invoice so I could purchase that item. They said they would send me an invoice. I’ve been trying to contact them for several days to no avail.
