Company and people are great
Company and people are great, but I wasn't too happy with their system, you need to consistently run optimizations to make sure the bot is running at its best, always have to keep trying different settings. Matt did provide great support and easy to book him if you need help but I tried the bot for 2 months and didn't make a profit or pass any evaluation.

We understand your frustration, and it’s important to us that traders have a realistic expectation of how the system works. While some optimization can help adapt to changing market conditions, we generally don’t recommend constant tweaking as referenced. In fact, we encourage traders to run strategies with consistent settings to collect meaningful data over time. We also typically recommend giving the system a full 3-month runway. This allows time for natural market cycles to play out and gives the strategy room to prove itself. Traders who focus more on the process and risk management, rather than just short-term outcomes, tend to see the most long-term success.
