Good coffee, meh customer service
Coffee was great and easy on my somewhat sensivtive stomach. Customer service is not very helpful or friendly when I had delayed shipments, which is why I discontinued my subscription. There are other places I can buy my coffee if I'm going to have late shipments and deal with dismissive customer service reps. (I listed the 2/24 date as the date of service but that is simply the date of my last shipment, it happened more than once.) Also, why do they have packaging which is supposedly supposed to be used again but then have labels that are impossible to take off?
