This seems to be a scam site. I ordered an advent calendar from them 2 weeks ago, and have just chased them up on delivery. I received a poorly worded reply telling me that they have ‘asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed’ with no mention of the courier’s name or tracking. Recommend avoiding.

I have ordered a product from their website a month ago and keep getting updates that it is on its way. I assume that it would never arrive and I got scammed. I have written to their support service and they keep apologizing and blaming the courier. However, when I asked for the courier name they are not providing it which makes me think that it is a fake story. Avoid the website because even if they have delivered previously they have now turned into a fake website and your money would be stolen.

I ordered a gift for grandsons birthday. Unfortunately it did not arrive. I keep getting updates that it's on its way. Now I am beginning to wonder if this company is legitimate. Is it legitimate? Or have I ben scammed?
