Filter und zwei Ersatzfilter bestellt. Leider wurden die Ersatzfilter nicht geliefert. Verkäufer reagiert nicht.

Order placed early hours of 28th of Sept, with dispatch time of 1-2 business days (shpuld have been sent Tuesday at the latest) and delivery date of 7th of October, it's now Friday (5 full working days since ordered), still not dispatched, email sent this morning and ignored, delivery date showing 13th of October which is the same as for units ordered today. Yet another company lying about stock and dispatch times to get the sale, then failing to deliver and screwing up people's plans. Disgusting behaviour. Immoral.

Wish I'd come here first and read other reviews. Got the Purewell system after price comparisons but feel I was clearly ripped off. I ordered the five stage filter. It arrived with the 3 stage filter. Customer service which by phone is in China even though the company is allegedly in Colorado, has not responded. Emails regarding the order indicate that maybe the 5-stage came in a different delivery and maybe that deliver was sent to the wrong address? Stolen? Delayed? Who knows? There are no answers. I would happily send back everything if they sent me a label and offered a full refund at this point. But they've ghosted.

Paid a small fortune on Amazon for the purewell gravity system with multifunctional fluoride filters. All was well until I needed them replaced and they are not available anywhere on Amazon or the Purewell site. A total waste of money. Amazon revoked my review. Purewell not replying to emails. Shocking that these can be allowed to be sold without being able to replace the actual filters. No other filters fit!!

Les filtres composites 10 étapes laisse un goût nauséabond à l'eau, quelle que fusse l'eau...robinet de ville, eau minérale cristalline ou même Abatilles..., à vomir...ma fille a eu mal au ventre le lendemain. Obligé de changer de filtres, berqey bien sûr, bien que les filtres soient chers il n'y a pas le choix. Nous avons été bernés par la propagande publicitaire.

Jamais je n'aurais imaginé qu'une société puisse cracher à la figure de ses clients à ce point là. Ils ne font absolument aucun contrôle qualité. J'ai reçu 2 cuves, la première bosselée de partout, la seconde des pièces manquantes et un robinet qui fuit mais ça encore ce n'est rien... Le pire ce sont leur "filtres" qui ne filtrent absolument rien, un goût horrible en sortie, je décide donc de procéder à un test de colorant alimentaire => un échec cuisant Comment une société pareille peut vendre du vent à ses clients en toute impunité en se targuant d'avoir des certif NSF qui d'ailleurs n'existent pas selon mes recherches ? Je m'interroge sérieusement. Puis quand on contacte le vendeur bien sûr aucune réponse. Probablement parce qu'ils ne gèrent pas le support après vente en France bien que j'aurais été preneur d'une réponse même en chinois ou en mandarin mais bon... En bref, si vous souhaitez perdre du temps, des cheveux et de l'argent commandez purewell, autrement vous pouvez passer votre chemin !

Globalement déçu de ne pas avoir investit un peu plus et pris une des marques reconnues. L'inox est pas mal, mais notre eau a toujours un gout de plastique après 2 mois d'utilisation. Ma fille ne veut plus la boire, je vais surement changer les filtres, ce qui me sera revenu plus cher qu'un achat initial chez la concurrence.
