I like the PURE Spectrum CBD gummies , they are easy to consume and probably too easy to eat more than necessary . I like to eat them before bed. I feel like they help me sleep through the night and I don’t have to worry about laying doing and holding it under my tongue like the cbd oil and it also kinda feel like a snack before bed .
