I purchased a 500mg strength jar of cream. They were kind enough to send me a gift of a second jar for free. I had previously used their 250mg strength cream. It helped me with the pain from my hernia surgery. I will use it when I have aches and pain. So far I purchased a Jar of 250mg cream a few years a go. Now I got a jar of 500mg cream. Along with the free jar of 500mg cream. If you have various aches and pains in your muscles it does seem to help.
